Abstract
The need of urban transportation is increasing as a result of the increasing number of individual trips. Therefore the public transportation is one option to fulfil the needs of transportation and shortly become the industry with service as ad addition value of product. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction with 5 dimensions, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible. This research was conducted by interviewing 50 respondents with 15 questionnaires. From the results of our research, it can be concluded that the average level of community satisfaction with the quality of public transport services on the Trans Mebidang bus is satisfied with a score of 4.1 or satisfied. So in general,Trans Mebidang Bus has performed well to fulfill the expectation of users.
