Abstract
This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the influence of transformational leadership styles, communication, and motivation on employee performance in employees of PT BPR Kedung Arto Semarang. This study used quantitative method with accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 104 people. Data processing uses likert scale measurements with spss software version. 25. The results showed that transformational leadership, communication, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. BPR Kedung Arto Semarang employees. This research has both theoretical and practical implications.
