Abstract


This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Jaykay Files Indonesia. Employees of PT. Jaykay Files Indonesia are the research population, the samples used are 160 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is validity test with reliability test with Cronbach alpha and multiple regression analysis, KMO (Kaiser Mayer Olkin) and loading factor. According to the research findings, the work environment does not have a significant effect on performance, work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance.
